RUSSIAN AIRSTRIKES ON TERRORISTS IN SYRIA

Russia is defending itself by attacking US forces (ISIS) in Syria.

After Syria, the USA wants to use ISIS against Russia.

The USA's ISIS threatens several states in Europe.

The USA and its allies have used Islamists to topple secular (non-religious) governments in such countries as Afghanistan, Pakistan, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Tunisia, Egypt and Libya.

Assad wants Syria to be a secular state where Christians, Alawites, Shiites and Sunnis live in peace.

ISIS is run by the USA and its allies as Prof Michel Chossudovsky explains:

"America is protecting the ISIS.

"The US air campaign is intent upon destroying Syria and Iraq rather than 'going after the terrorists'...

"Russia is (indirectly) fighting America by supporting the actions of the Syrian and Iraqi governments against the ISIS terrorists (which have) Western mercenaries and military advisers within their ranks..."

"ISIS is a creation of US intelligence with the support of Britain’s MI6, Israel's Mossad, Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and Saudi Arabia’s General Intelligence Presidency...

"NATO in liaison with the Turkish High Command has been involved in the recruitment of jihadist mercenaries from the outset of the Syrian crisis in March 2011...

"ISIS together with the Al Qaeda affiliated jihadist forces of the Al Nusrah Front are the foot soldiers of the Western military alliance..."

"The most important source of ISIS financing to date has been support coming out of the Gulf states, primarily Saudi Arabia," according to Dr. Günter Meyer, of the University of Mainz, Germany (Deutsche Welle)

"The West has supported militant rebel groups which have since mutated into ISIS and other al‑Qaeda connected militias." ( Daily Telegraph, June 12, 2014)

According to Robert Fisk, the IS caliphate project “has been bankrolled by Saudi Arabia”:

"The broader US-NATO strategic objective is to destabilize the entire Middle East- North Africa -Central Asia -South Asia region, including Iran, Pakistan and India."

Obama wants Syria's Assad toppled because his forces have used bombs against the terrorists. The USA has massacred large numbers of civilians as the result of its bombing campaigns in:China 1945-46, Korea 1950-53, China 1950-53, Guatemala 1954, Indonesia 1958, Cuba 1959-60, Guatemala 1960, Belgian Congo 1964, Guatemala 1964, Dominican Republic 1965-66, Peru 1965, Laos 1964-73, Vietnam 1961-73, Cambodia 1969-70, Guatemala 1967-69, Lebanon 1982-84, Grenada 1983-84, Libya 1986, El Salvador 1981-92, Nicaragua 1981-90, Iran 1987-88, Libya 1989, Panama 1989-90, Iraq 1991, Kuwait 1991, Somalia 1992-94, Bosnia 1995, Iran 1998, Sudan 1998, Afghanistan 1998, Yugoslavia - Serbia 1999, Afghanistan 2001 and Libya 2011

Robert Parry at Consortium News points out that the USA's bombs have killed large numbers of people in Iraq.

"In 2014, Israel used American warplanes and armaments to blast apart Gaza killing some 2,100 people - the vast majority civilians and many of them children, including four little boys playing on a beach.

"President Obama ... refrains from criticizing Israel's indiscriminate use of these devastating weapons...

"Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia is dropping U.S.-supplied ordnance, reportedly including cluster bombs, on the helpless population of Yemen with Obama’s tacit approval and reportedly with U.S. intelligence assistance."

On 30 September 2015, Russia launched air strikes against terrorist forces in Syria.President Putin says Russia is practically the only country conducting operations "on a legitimate basis" and at the request of "the legitimate president of Syria".Meanwhile, the USA and NATO have been arming, training and leading ISIS.

The Russian Defence Ministry says it has hit ISIS weapons depots, ammunition, communications infrastructure, and fuel.

According to a pro-Syrian government military source, there have been "five strikes against five areas in Syria's Homs". He said other areas may have been bombed too.

The Homs area is crucial to Assad's control of western Syria.
