Pro-IS Media Group Shows Mock Beheading of Twitter Founder, Advises IS Supporters in Using Twitter

The “Shumukh al-Islam Instigation Workshop,” a media group affiliated with the prominent Deep Web jihadi forum Shumukh al-Islam, released a video advising Islamic State (IS) supporters in how to best utilize Twitter to promote IS material, and showing a mock beheading of Twitter founder Jack Dorsey.
