UPDATE: UPDATES on the Fake “ISIS” Tank Video… brought to you by the propaganda outlet SOHR
UPDATE: please see update at the end of the article
—
In the world of marketing and propaganda, production value is the key folks. Let no one tell you otherwise.
After a video was released showing the world how “ISIS™” filmed one of their fake execution videos in a studio with a green screen, the fake video propaganda cottage industry seems to have dried up a little bit. I guess it’s easy to understand why.
It’s not that some of us out here hadn’t already been exposing the fake videos as staged Hollywood-styled propaganda since they first starting hitting the “interwebs” when Barack Obama needed a justification for reengaging our military in Iraq after being praised for bringing home the troops and officially ending that war. We had.
But the video of the staging of one of the “beheadings” went mainstream and many of the MSM outlets had to start admitting the whole collection of the things were clearly phonies.
That led to folks starting to wonder why the evil arch-nemesis of ObamaGod would feel the need to pretend to kill people, rather than just kill them. And thought seeds like that, once firmly planted in logic seeking soil, would sprout all sorts of possible explanations that the powers that be didn’t want to flourish in the general population. Especially if they were watered with an ample amount of reason and truth.
Bad seeds indeed for the war industry.
So, the producers of the fake beheading videos and the burning man videos and the drowned like rats in a cage videos took a little time off. Perhaps they went on to make another “Innocence of bin Laden” film. Or went to work on Homeland or something.
Anyway, it would seem they got the band back together and we have yet another fake “ISIS™” execution video to pick apart today.
This time they upped the production value and got themselves a nice tank to use in the shoot. They’ve gone all Spielberg on us.
You’ll notice that not many websites are talking about this one. I guess people are either tired of picking these things apart or the guys who used to do it all got sick with Pancreatic cancer and passed away like Dave McGowan and Tyler Drumheller who was set to testify before the Benghazi Commission.
Whatever the case may be… I feel I have to explore this propaganda a little because while so many of us are still talking about Russia bombing the CIA’s terrorists in Syria and how everyone has to get behind building the next Saudi Arabia in Greater Kurdistan, everyone seems to have resorted to the default position on “ISIS™” and that is that it is a real, legitimate entity out there.
It isn’t. And that fact becomes more and more obvious with each one of their stupid, Obama administration serving videos they put out. And more specifically… WHEN they put them out.
Yes, the Defense Department want’s to put boots on the ground to fight “ISIS™” and we just happen to have them putting out this video on almost the exact same day the US Troops as Human Shields story comes out.
Is that a coincidence you think? No? Ah. Then you’re not as dumb as someone OBVIOUSLY thinks you are.
But let’s take a look at this stupid “ISIS™” tank video, shall we?
First of all, the video is supposedly of a Syrian soldier, or so says the British propaganda outlet, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) . Of course, there is no way to verify that and various outlets simply take that proven liar and propagandist outlet at his word (yes, it’s one, war-mongering, regime-change supporter in London)
For a soldier, the guy really doesn’t put up much of a fight. Looks like someone tortured him by shaving off some of his hair and I guess that was so demoralizing, he just kneels there and accepts his fate while the actor playing the “evil ISIS guy” role blathers on and on about whatever bullshit they figured was scary.
In fact, like so many other fake victims of fake executions in the past, this guy not only walks calmly to his demise, but he also makes sure to hop in front of the tracks of the tank when the driver missed while trying to line up the “kill”
Would you do that? I wouldn’t. I’d take death by AK over squishy squishy any time of the week. Plus I’d be going out on my feet like a soldier… which is probably exactly what a real Syrian soldier would do.
Not this guy. He hops in front of the tank tread, leans carefully on the one fender someone tech-screwed to the tank for just this purpose, then he carefully lies himself down in front of the tread in order to be run over.
Not only that… but the calm bastard doesn’t even seem to react while the tank is running him over from his toes to his head.
Pretty amazing stuff there, huh?
Here are some stills I am taking from the video which show this laughable “execution”. Notice, when he lays down in front of the tread… he moves his feet to the left of the tread on the inside and then, just then, the video edits to another view so you don’t see the guy get run over. Instead, what you see is him pretend to be in position to be run over, they stop the tank, and edit to another camera showing them running over a dead body they stuck in his place.
Someone who is certainly smarter than I am could probably take a look at the length of the shadows and determine how much time was spent between takes in this video production. All I am going to sat to that is, take a look at the shadows and tell me these shots were all filmed simultaneously. It’s pretty obvious that they weren’t.
It’s also pretty obvious that this video wasn’t shot in Syria near Homs like they claim it was considering the fact that so many aircraft from the Russians and the US are zipping around in the skies looking for idiots with “ISIS™” flags, cameras and guys in orange jump-suits to blow to bits.
And lastly, the real evidence… remember when this video was released and who’s interests it really serves. “ISIS™”? No. Sec. of Defense Ashton Carter? You betcha.
Yep. Another fake execution video. And I thought we were done with this ridiculous crap. Oh well. I guess you can’t teach an old war dog new tricks.
But the increased production value was nice. You think they had to get a Teamster to drive that tank or did they use scab labor? They better unionize if they want SAG or IATSE benefits.
UPDATE: I left the following as a comment answering a few questions posed by one of the readers. They were good questions and I think the answers may help shed a little more light on the relative validity of this video.
OK. Lets take this one bit by bit.
Yeah Lilaleo, I think you got taken a bit on this one.
First of all, the guy is not trying to hop out of the way of the tread, he’s hoping into position to be run over by it, and even Heavy.com’s article had to acknowledge that fact. Those treads are only about 18″ wide so unless you are completely incapacitated, it would take some work to not get out of it’s way when moving that slowly. Second, if you notice, the guy even once he hit the ONE fender on the tank, could EASILY have rolled out of the way.
In fact, to that point, even after one of his feet is crushed under the tread, he still could have, and naturally would have, by reflex reaction, moved the rest of his body to the left of the tread, and gotten out of the way. Your knees do move and bend you know. That’s like a hand on the hot stove. Your body is going to react, even if you have “resigned yourself” to your doom.
Notice, in the shot from full front as he is rolled up on… the body doesn’t move. Doesn’t squirm, shake, twist, try to escape.. nothing. nada. zippo.
I’m sorry Lilaleo, but that’s impossible for someone living even IF as Heavy.com says, he wanted to “get it over with”
Now, when you investigate any of these events, one of the first things you look for is something out of place. Something odd that doesn’t seem to fit.
When I first watched it I thought to myself… why did they do that to his hair? Is that supposed to be torture? embarrassment?
They didn’t do it to ANY of their other “victims”They didn’t do it to ANY of their other “victims”
That’s what you call a “clue”
So why do it?
Well, when they cut the scene from the shot on the right side (one showing him moving around and obviously alive) they had to shoot from the front… way back…
…. WHY?
Why cut at all if you wanted to “fix” the issues with the other videos, like you claim. Because they didn’t “fix” the issue at all… in fact,…. they did the EXACT same thing… cut away at the moment of the “death”… so WHY would they do that if they wanted to show themselves killing this victim? There is only ONE reason for that… and you know what it is…
Back to the hair…
They shot the “kill moment” from the front for a reason… from the right or the left… you would be able to see the FACE of the body… from the FRONT all you can see is the TOP OF THE HEAD… the hair.
So WHY CUT HIS HAIR LIKE THAT?… so people would say it’s the same guy BECAUSE of the patch of shaved hair…
… that’s why. It’s an identifier used instead of his face as they run over the body. And if they didn’t want to use his face to identify him when they ran him over,,,, well… why is that Lilaleo?
Because it isn’t his face. It’s someone elses.
Now, let’s talk about how they would plan it. Yes, they tried to fix some of the problems. But, clearly you understand it would difficult to get someone, especially a soldier, to stand there in front of a tank and make sure they got run over by the 18″ tread, right? he would move. Run. Roll out of the way. Or simply refuse to do it and rather, opt for a soldiers death, being shot by an AK. Right? In the planning stages, you have to imagine that came up.
So what would they do? Have 50 guys in a cage and keep shooting the videos until one of them let them run him over? That’s ridiculous. They were on a deadline as well. Ashton Carter needed his new, scary “ISIS” video for his “boots on the ground” campaign roll-out.
The only way to ensure someone wouldn’t screw it up would be to stage the whole thing. Get a stuntman from Indonesia or a whole stunt crew for example to produce the video.
Or maybe, a stunt crew from Saudi Arabia… isn’t that “terrorist” wearing Saudi garb? hmmm.
And remember, here we are 6 or so days after the release of this video, and the ONLY proof we have that this guy is a Syrian soldier… comes from the Syrian Observatory of Human Rights… uh… that’s not really proof.
I wonder if this wasn’t created first to effect some support for Ashton Carter’s boots on the ground campaign, but maybe also to gin up support for a recruit drive… in Saudi Arabia. I mean.. why change the “ISIS” costume like they did? Is it hard to get recruits in the Wahhabist community these days? Is this another twisted version of “Innocence of bin Laden”?
Anyway, my guess is, staging the whole thing would make for a better, more stable, shoot. And as I mentioned before, the only reason to cut away at the moment of truth, is because they didn’t run that guy over… they ran over a dead body and shaved patches in his hair to make him identifiable as the victim.
Lastly… and this is the most telling… when the video ends and you see the result… the right leg is crushed and the pants leg torn open showing the horrible wound to the corpse. Now, had that happened while he was being crushed, you would CLEARLY see him reacting to it while being run over, but his head doesn’t move a centimeter. Aside from that… the obvious part…
… there’s almost no blood and in fact, on the pavement right there where the leg is busted open… no blood at all.
That’s not physically possible. If he was alive when that massive wound was inflicted… there would be blood everywhere right there. His heart was still pumping and the wound, crushing wound, would cause MASSIVE blood loss.
So, for these reasons, along with the timing of the release of the video… my guess is, the guy featured in the first part of the video with all the nifty barbershop work is alive and well and probably back to work on some movie set somewhere in Saudi Arabia, Jordan or Thailand.
