VIDEO-Carly Fiorina Responds to ‘The View’ Hosts Who Made Fun of Her Appearance: ‘Let’s See If They Say That to My Face’ | Video | TheBlaze.com

Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina responded to the jokes the ladies of “The View” made at her expense after the last GOP debate — particularly regarding her appearance — Sunday morning.

The hosts of “The View” joked following last week’s GOP debate that Fiorina’s face looked “demented” or like a Halloween mask. Yet while appearing on “Fox News Sunday,” Fiorina said she was used to hypocritical attacks from liberal feminists — attacks that will not deter her.

“Frankly I am tired of being insulted by liberal feminists who talk about women’s issues when the reality is every issue is a woman’s issue — from the economy to ISIS to Russia to healthcare to education to the national debt,” Fiorina said Sunday morning.

“I think what these women represent is a set of liberal feminists who believe that if you do not agree with them on their liberal orthodoxy, that you don’t count, that somehow you’re not a woman,” Fiorina also said. “You see, I know that women represent half the nation so of course our views are going to be as diverse as men’s. I also know that unless and until women’s potential is fully unlocked in this country — and women have been crushed under the Obama economy — that we will not be as good a nation as we can be.”

The female Republican presidential candidate argued that conservative women such as former vice presidential nominee and Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and former Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann are used to the “double standard” seen in the “liberal media” and in Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton.

“It will not stop me, it will not scare me, and maybe the ladies of ‘The View,’ if I come back on again, let’s see if they have the guts to say that to my face,” Fiorina said.

CNN host Brooke Baldwin also took offense to the comments made by the hosts of “The View” during their post-debate show. In fact, she dedicated two minutes of her segment Thursday to condemn the comments that she said angered her as both a woman and a journalist.
