According to Infowars, Keys posted the photo on Sunday evening along with a pro-diversity message.
Very quickly, several Twitter users lashed out at her.

Note: It’s not clear if it was actually Alicia Keys in the photo, although the following Twitter user claims it was.
At least one user mentioned Malak Al Shehri – a Saudi woman who was detained by religious police for posting a photo of herself without a burqa. Shehri also received death threats for her act of defiance.
Elsewhere on Twitter, one user accused Alicia Keys of not even taking the time to find a woman actually striking that pose in a burqa but instead having it photoshopped on.
