The 12th Annual People's Choice Podcast Awards Slate is Now Online
Congratulations to all the shows that made the slate. Voting starts on the 13th by the randomly selected 250 Listeners and 50 Podcasters plus the up to 50 luminaries selected by the Podcast Comittee. Voting will last 30 days. In the next 24hours we will contacting all of the shows that made the slate to provide instructions for the Podcast Awards Cermony
Each year we review 1000 sites to see what trends are happening in the podcasting space. These trends are not used in the slate determination phase anymore. But the information has proven valuable to the community. Please take time to review the video on what was found in this years review.
We have reached all fund raising goals for 2017. Winners are guranteed a trophy, 2016 Winners an 2017 Slate nominees will have the option of ordering a trophy this year. We will have pricing available and an order form available soon.

Legacy Shows are podcasts that we honor for their excellence in podcasting and who have won a podcast award category a minimum of five times.
Legacy Shows that have never won in the People's Choice Award category are still eligible for that distinction and are automatically entered into the People’s Choice category and are not required to register.
The following podcasts have been honored in their primary categories, those categories have been renamed in honor of their shows. There shows are no longer eligible to be nominated for a Podcast Award.
The People's Choice top Award has been renamed to honor the Podfather of Podcasting.
The Adam Curry People's Choice AwardPodcast Awards reserves the right to rename any category in the future to include if the show is no longer in production or asks to no longer be recognized.
We have to raise close to $10,000 each year to pay for trophies, admin fees, services cost etc. Your donation will be applied to the fund to support the Podcast Awards.
