In a Monday evening virtual event with Arizona business leaders, Kamala Harris referred to a "Harris administration," momentarily leaving Joe Biden, who selected her to be his running mate, out of the discussion.

Speculation abounds that Biden, who regularly makes gaffes while speaking and often seems confused, is not mentally fit to serve as president of the United States, and would quickly be replaced by Harris if elected.

"A Harris administration, together with Joe Biden as the president of the United States," she said, before restarting her sentence. "The Biden-Harris administration will provide access to $100 billion in low-interest loans and investments from minority business owners."

Harris's wording, which may have been a slip-up, gave even greater fuel to the rumors about who would really be running the country if Biden wins the 2020 election.
