It creates a false narrative that LGBTQ people are less than, we’re not valuable, that we need to be governed against and we need to be policed in our own country. Now more than ever, we need business to stand up and speak out. If we’re not fighting for LGBTQ people, we’re going to continue to see the erosion of democracy.
