- I use Podcast Addict. Today I got the bat signal at 2:20pm (eastern), about 20 minutes late I assume. I think this is because I have it configured to check for new podcasts every 30 minutes. So, I could get the signal up to 30 minutes late. This seems to be a design flaw. The bat signal detection needs to be more real-time. Maybe based on an alarm clock like message. The bat signal could send a message saying the live show starts at xxx. This message could go out well before the actual time. The app would then be able to alert me at the correct time. My 2 cents.
